Suma VegWash is a Chlorinated Fruit and Vegetable wash powder. This concentrated powder comes in a sachet of 30g and is very effective in a hygenic wash of salad, tomatos and other vegetables. The product is designed to remove surface microorganisms and contamination from processed fruits and vegetables. It is food safe and is ideal for sanitization of fresh fruits and vegetables. This product is used extensively in the restaurant industry for green vegetable sanitization. Usage - Dilute one sachet in 19 ltrs of water (50 ppm). Use this solution to sanitize fruits and vegetables. Rinse off the fruits and vegetable after this. The chlorinated powder does not change the taste of the fruit or vegetable. Also, this a food safe chemical and can safely be consumed even if traces of this remains in the vegetable or fruit. The chlorine also tends to evaporate prior to consumption of the food.
